We were incredibly lucky to have Bailey as our agent when we purchased our home in May of 2021. At the time, the housing market was absolutely insane due to Covid, and we decided to sell our first home while also pregnant. It began as a very stressful process, but ultimately ended up in us finding the PERFECT home. Bailey was knowledgeable, impressively responsive at all times, and patient with me as I navigated the emotional rollercoaster of competing for what we wanted to be our dream home for raising our growing family. Bailey listened to exactly what we wanted, and was respectful of our budget and specific needs. He never made us feel pressured into getting into something out of our means, as I have heard of happening to others with different agents. I knew that any listing he sent us was worth looking at. Bailey helped us to view over 10 different homes, helping us through all aspects not just with the process of bidding, writing offers, etc... but also supporting us as we kept getting outbid during the in the chaos of the covid housing rush. Through multiple clerical issues with the other party's agent, Bailey was professional and thorough, advocating for us more than once when need be and ensuring we knew exactly what we needed to do in order to see the situation through. I cannot possibly recommend Bailey enough - and have done so with multiple friends and family members. If recommending him to the people we love most doesn't speak volumes, I am not sure what does.
